By reservation is made a payment of 30 per cent and rest on arrival or before coming!! Cleaning is made on arrival and once you are leaving and is 120 euros! If you stay two weeks a weekly cleaning is made for free and we change sheets and towels ! If you stay one week towels for the poo and bathroom are also changed.

This villa is a 10 out of 10, we were delighted and we definetly will come back ,villa is amazing, so clean and with everything you need and so good furnished, with a lot of charm. Also a tv with all the chanels from most countries in the world, also netflix and a good wifi. We really enjoyed the warm jacuzzi outdoor (38 degrees) and the pool too, though a bit cold in january. The villa has a bathroom for each bedroom,that is very good if you are a large group. Also very easy conected with Palma center,just 10 minutes and busstop only 50 meters aaway from house.The area really nice and CalaMayor a paradise, Maria the owner also reallynice,welcomed us with drinks and mallorquin pastries.Definetly is a must!!!we will be back for sure
