Very nice apartment with lovely gardens and swimming pool and great views over to the Sea and Mount Teide. Convenient for centre of town but quiet in the evenings. Great parking. Only problem was that on arrival luckily we were let in by another guest as the owner wasn't there, and we couldn't access the key box.

Apartment and Facilities: Nice size, well laid out with all the items needed for us to cook, eat and drink just as at home. Andres seems to own several in this complex and we had an upper one with a balcony having a fabulous view both up to Teide and out to sea where we spent many happy hours. The pool was a good size, clean and nice temperature - there is also a warm shower at the side of the pool. A clothes washer and drier are available in the small complex if needed (and worked well). We didn't use a car but there is ample safe parking outside on the street or in an underground car park beneath the apartments. Everything is kept nice and clean. Location: This apartment is in a nice residential area in San Antonio, situated directly above the lovely beach or Player Jardin. Note the word above - its about 15 mins walk down and 25 mins back up - either to the beach or to Peurto Centre. The walk has some steep sections but this is Tenerife and should be expected of a volcanic island - we are in our 60's and managed it with no problem but taxi's or buses are available and cheap (1.15 for a bus or 3.50 for a taxi). Small local shops are a couple of minutes away as are some bar/cafes. These are primarily used by locals and not tourist outlets which we like (cheaper and better quality). A previous review mentions noisy cars - actually the vehicle blowing its horn is only a gas bottle seller who beeps his horn as he goes up each street and then sells on the way down, he is about around 8:30 on a morning and this is typical in a Spanish residential area - we did not find it intrusive or annoying. The bus stops are only a couple of minutes away and the main commercial shopping center is only a couple of stops away and in walking distance (15 mins) once you get your bearings. Summary: We use this resort 2 or 3 times a year and occasionally stray from our normal apartment to get a feel for different areas. This is one area we would happily return to and have no reservations about using Andres apartment again. Unfortunately Andres was away and so we never met him personally but all arrangements for key pickup/drop off and payment were simple and without problem. Andres was always available (and responsive) via phone if needed for the occasional question. Have no worries about booking or using this apartment complex. Mel

Everything perfect from start to finish. Good quality at a god price. The apartament has everything you need for a pleasant stay, clean and spacious; two bedrooms, two bathrooms and well equipped kitchen The property very profesional, Mr Lorenzo, knowledgeable and helpful with everything you need. Easy place to park. Ten minutes walk from the center. 100 % recommended for your holiday onTenerife island.

Easy booking, good place and perfect to be far away form mass tourism. Good welcome and easy communication with the Owner. Free parking and Wifi was what we need with kids. If you want to enjoy the north coast is a perfect spot for a base camp.
