Stayed at apt B6 for 10/11 nights in November. This is our first visit and hopefully not our last to this apartment although been to the complex before. It’s very well equipped,very comfortable and clean and has beautiful terrace overlooking marina., big bathroom with great shower and plenty of towels. Wi-fi speed is excellent. The owners have taken great care and communication is very good. Excellent rental.

Thanks Tom & Patty - once again, absolutely loved the stay at Lago Verde B6. The location is fantastic; the terrace and view are brilliant and we had a great time at the pool / pool shack. Tony and Louise are such good hosts. After a long hot day cycling there’s nothing like a swim and a couple of beers to chill you out again! The addition of the blinds in the bedrooms is great and, initially I said there was no way I was going to do any cooking. However the kitchen is so well equipped it was a pleasure to prepare and cook meals. Breakfast on the terrace every morning is such a treat. We found some new places to eat out, watched Bohemian Rhapsody on the rooftop at Biosfera and took a day trip to Fuerteventura. We cycled most days – much easier than walking especially as we opted for electric bikes this time. Thanks again, Caz & Ian

What a FAB apartment,EXACTLY as advertised, clean, bright and well furnished, with everything you need - a real home feel. The view from the balcony is ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, we hardly went out in the evening, just sat and gazed at the ocean. Patty & Tom are very friendly, open and easy to communicate with.We emailed them whilst staying for some local information and they were quick to respond with very good advice. Lovely complex,everyone staying was so friendly, quite a few were owners. The small bar is run by Tony, Louise and family - good food all freshly cooked, nothing is too much trouble - you almost feel like family yourself! We particularly appreciated the quietness of the complex - NO evening entertainment or daytime activities - which we like. This is a good place for couples and people looking for a calm and relaxing holiday. There are a few steps to negotiate to go down to the pool, and the complex is situated at the top of a steep hill, however, there is the option of steps or walking down to shops/bars or taxis are inexpensive. We're already booked for later this year.

Tom and patty’s place is so homely with all the home comforts with a panoramic view of the ocean. There is plenty of space and a nice atmosphere . Lovely fluffy large towels, comfy beds and linen, English channels on TV, very close to restaurants and supermarkets and also bus stop. Fantastic prompt response and great information from Tom and patty, booking was seamless. Looking forward to returning soon.
