We call this apartment Marine because you get a breath of fresh marine air from anywhere around it.
Marine apartment is located in El Mirador building. This building stands on an elevated area high above sea level in between two beautiful beaches: La Glea beach, with golden fine sand and open to the sea, and Aguamarina beach, which forms a small bay and offers a nice bath in usually quiet and clear waters.
From the building hallways in common areas it can be enjoyed a wonderful panoramic view of the different beaches and nautical seaport.
The apartment is on the ground floor of the building if you access it from the swimming pool though it is quite high if considered from sea level. Every room is exterior except for the bathrooms.
The terrace, sitting room and master bedroom face East-North and have sun all morning. The courtyard, second bedroom and kitchen face South-West and have sun in the afternoon.
Marine apartment has a wide sitting room with access to the terrace from where you will see the Mediterranean Sea.
The master bedroom has a 150X200 cm bed and bathroom ensuite. The second bedroom has 2 beds of 90X200 cm.
The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is also a dishwasher.
From the kitchen there is an exit to the courtyard that is a useful private space for playing children and taking a shower when coming from the beach to take sand out.
From the apartment there is direct access to the pool that is fenced to prevent children falling. There are also showers and big umbrellas close to the pool. There are rules in the pool you should comply with mainly about timetables not to bother neighbours.
There is a doorman in the building all year round.
The apartment has WiFi and also car park.
From the apartment there are 3 direct accesses by stairs (without crossing a road): one to La Glea beach and 2 to Aguamarina beach. Also from the main entrance from the road there is an accessible access to the beaches following the road.
And there is a wooden walk that goes by the cliff following the 2 beaches and arriving to Cabo Roig with spectacular views over the Medierranean Sea.
The apartment couldn’t be more comfortable.
You can go to the beach walking, with no need to cross any street. The swimming pool is by the front door of the apartment, the car parked in the garage. In a 300 m distance there is a big Consum supermarket, a pharmacy, a bakery...
Vacation with no need to use the car on a daily basis since everything is really close, it is wonderful. This is really relaxing to me. If there is any need to use the car, the convenience of having it in the building’s garage, which can be accessed using the elevator. No parking problems at all.
We have another apartment in the same complex: it has one bedroom, one bathroom, also terrace looking at the sea. It is smaller and also cheapper.
DEHESA DE CAMPOAMOR is an exclusive and calm place. You will find all the services you may need, such as Supermarkets, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Medical Centre, Ice-cream shops, Summer Cinema, Hotel and Church.
It allow us to enjoy resting and relaxing in the apartment as well as going to the activity centres, beaches and golf that are very close.
Dehesa de Campoamor urbanization was projected with a criterion of wide avenues and large public spaces. Hence, big green spaces share space with high buildings.
There are astonishing views of the sea and the beach.
It is a select summer holiday and, currently, it has become a very important tourist destination. Probably because of its more than 320 sunny days every year, its average temperature of 20°C or its transparent water beaches.
It has many golf courses in the nearby area and an assortment gastronomy which may be tasted in different restaurants
