This property is absolutely stunning. It is much better than the impression you get from the pictures. The owner is so kind, always available and very helpful. The garden area around the house and is gorgeous, the views are sublime. For us it felt like paradise. The house feels like you are miles away from civilisation because the grounds of the property are so big, but you are only 10 minutes walking distance from supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants. Good internet too and as we got really good weather the pool was very nice too. We used it every day.Above all you can get to Alora by train from Malaga city in 40 minutes so if you do not want to rent a car there is no need (if relaxing is your thing). We are still thinking about our wonderful stay every day now we are back in rainy/ cold Belgium and hope to go back again. After been to Malaga city/ Pedregalejo area for 5 times which love so much we now have this property and area included in our best stays ever. This was our first stay in Alora but it will not be the last;)

What a place to stay! The house is beautiful and has been tastefully restored. With all the land and lemon and olive trees, it's like being in the country, but only a short walk into town. Miguel is a great host, welcoming on arrival,but giving us privacy during our stay. And he was so helpful when we preparing to leave, booking a taxi for us because our Spanish isn't good enough. Alora is a lovely town, with beautiful views of the mountains and country. Would definitely recommend it!

The country house on the edge of Alora was situated in beautiful grounds, surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. Miguel was an informative and helpful host, which made our stay more interesting. We would not hesitate in recommending the property as a perfect holiday get-away.
