Bath & hand towels and bed linen are provided, please bring your own beach towels.
We provide all bed linen and bath towels. We would request our customers to bring their own beach towels.
The apartment is non smoking. However, smoking is permitted on the roof terrace.
There is a final cleaning fee of 50 euros, which is only charged if the clients opt not to clean the apartment before leaving.
Arrival times are 3pm to midnight. Outside these times by special arrangement only.

This is a lovely little house in the old part of Altea. Quiet and comfortable. Nice area, nice restaurants.

Very pleased with apartment. Met by the owner on arrival. Everything was explained to us and our questions were answered. pleased with internet access and inclusion of UK tv. Altea was everything we were hoping for. and more Interesting old and new parts of town. Beach close by. Nice range of restaurants. Beaches close by and not at all crowded. Certainly very impressed and will be back.

We had a lovely holiday in Altea.martin and Fernando are lovely hosts who make sure your needs are met .they live nearby ,which is reassuring but are not intrusive.Altea and nearby Albir are lovely towns and these houses are in the best location for everything. Supermarket, train,bus, old town ,parking are all 5 minutes away.we used the train to visit Denia ,beni dorm,calp,and nearby towns and shopping areas . The house is rustic and authentic , and have all you require . Internet was better than expected. We would definitely go back .

Very nice little house in the lovely village of Altea. Our first time there and we were really amazed at how beautiful it is. The house owners, Martin and Fernando were delightful hosts, and had provided us with a wonderful holiday. All that we needed by way of cooking utensils etc were there and they were most helpful with advice about places to visit and nearby restaurants. The street where the house is located is even more beautiful than in the pictures shown on the web. We can't wait to return to altea to "our" little house!
