There is also a separate communal sitting room used by all our guests. This beautiful room with picture windows has a mezzanine floor with Smart TV and large wood burning stove. On the main floor there is a library of reference books on birds, wildflowers, mushrooms, moths and butterflies etc. together with guide books on walking, biking and maps covering the area.
There is a separate laundry room and drying area.
Not suitable for young children. Those over 12 by prior agreement only.
Free Wifi is available in the courtyard and in the communal sitting room. Internet access is available free at the local Ayuntamiento (Council building 3Km).
There is also a large communal BBQ in the courtyard.

Fantastic rural location in a tiny hamlet in the Picos Mountains. The property is traditionally Spanish and tastefully arranged. Both private and communal spaces are lovely. The best thing for us was the views over the valley and mountains and the nature close by. From the terrace we could watch butterflies and birds all day long . Ideal if you want remote and relaxing. There are one or two bars /restaurants can be reached by walking a few Km but recommend a car. The owners and Pablo the staff were helpful whilst not encroaching on us.

The apartment is nice and well equipped for two persons. Kitchen facilities are good. The view is great from the balcony. The host jaime were helpfull and easy to contact. 20 min to Potes which is a very nice small city with lots of shops, restaurants and bars. and from Potes to Picos de Europa apprx. 20 min. We recommend the apartment for couples and singles.

De communicatie vooraf verliep prima via de mail. Huisje was goed te vinden en de eigenaar stond al op ons te wachten. Het huisje heeft een ruime slaapkamer, voldoende kastruimte en een gezellige woonkamer. De keuken is klein, maar prima uitgerust. Wij zaten beneden en hadden een terras met stoelen en tafel en een fantastisch uitzicht over de Picos. Tijdens ons verblijf van 8 nachten waren er niet zo heel veel andere gasten, dat zorgt wel voor meer privacy. Als alle vier de appartementen bezet zijn, dan is het best druk. Vooral ook omdat het erg gehorig is, met name de bovenburen. De omgeving is prachtig en je kunt vanuit het huisje al heel mooi wandelen. Jaime, onze gastheer, woonde zelf in het huisje naast dat van ons en stond altijd voor je klaar. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.
