Following Monarch going bust we lost our original choice of apartment and had to rent another apartment through TFA . This apartment was dirty, the bedroom 2 smells of sewage, the electrics failed, parking which we paid for was unusable and so many other things were wrong that it would take me all dat to list them. Dorothy who runs TFA was completely unhelpful and is not to be in this type of business and I wonder if she has licence for this. This apartment is no.26 Calle Adelphas los Gigantes . It is poor value for money one others should be warned in our experience. We have been coming to Gigantes for 42 years and owned two apartments here so we know well what is right and what is not and this is not right. We obviously like the area and had a good flight with JET 2. We are not able to give this place a rating of even1 as our stay has been completely ruined.

Lou's apartment was superb. Spacious, fantastic balcony with views, fully equipped with everything you need and in a lovely area. We could not wish for better and hope to visit again in the future

The apartment very clean and the furniture and fittings were excellent. Location and the views over the sea and harbor was fantastic. One small improvement recommendation would be to improve the shower in both bathrooms, as the temperature was difficult to get correct and the water flow was not adequate.
