The Villa has a spacious ground floor patio along with a decked seating area adjacent to the pool. There is also a roof top terrace. The grounds have locked gates that are very secure and the drive can accomodate upto 2 vehicles. The villa has a lounge with Spanish TV and DVD player. The well equipped kitchen incorporates the following: Electric oven with four hobs, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The main house sleeps 4 with one double bed in bedroom and a convertible double bed/settee in the Lounge. The main house has a shower room with basin and w.c. Within the garden is the annexed second bedroom incorporating a double bed, basin & toilet along with tea making facilities. The villa, although mainly on one level does incorporate one step up onto the patio with several steps up to the roof terrace and therefore supervision of young and elderly is necesscary. The villa is cleaned prior to your visit along with fresh linen and towels. If you require mid stay linen change that includes re-freshing the kitchen/bathroom please let us know or can be arranged direct with the houskeeper.
The village of Bahia Bella is located in a quiet location on the outskirts of Los Alcazares. The bar/restaurant Venta Simone is directly on entry into the village along with the bar/restaurant Puerto Tres being a short walk away. From Puerto Tres there is a regular local bus service into the main town of Los Alcazares (2.5km from the village) where you will find many bars, shops and restaurants along with the beautiful golden sandy Villa is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area by car including La Manga that can be seen directly across the Mar Menor or by ferry from Santiago de Ribera a short drive away. Santiago is also worth a visit being a delightful holiday resort. Close by is the historical town of Cartagena and the main towns of Murcia and Alicanti are both just an hours drive away.
There are mountain views from the roof terrace.
