luxury penthouse with good facilities including quiet community pool and great roof top terrace and balconies, very close to the beautiful, clean San Juan beach and tram station, walking distance to several small grocery stores and restaurants

We have just returned from a two weeks stay at this apartment and everything has been fantastic. We travelled with two children (ages 5 and 7) and grandparents. Since one bedroom is a bit a way from the other two bedrooms and has an on suite, the grandparents stayed in that room, so that they could close a door. :-) All bedrooms have access to outdoor space. Two leads out to the huge downstairs terrace (with excellent blinds so you could get some shade.) and one has it’s own balcony. And like that wasn’t enough there is an even bigger roof terrace (Solarium)! The kitchen is fully equipped (incl. dish washer) and there is a washing machine in the “galleria”. There is only a couple of minutes walk down to the beautiful beach of San Juan and the train (Tram) station is just across the street. (It takes about 17-18 minutes to the heart of Alicante.) The pool was never really crowded even though it’s July, and both the owner and the letting agency has been extremely service minded. So we loved it, and strongly recommend this apartment to others! We do recommend that you rent sheets (instead of bringing your own), since the pillow size etc. is not what it is at home. (At least if you like us come from Sweden.)

Mycket nöjd med bokning o kontakt med agenturen, allt har gått jättesmidigt! mindre nöjd med utemöbler som fällde glasfiber vid beröring vilket gjorde att takterrassen inte användes som förväntat. i övrigt får agenturen Mediterranean Lettings högsta betyg!

Perfekt lägenhet som hade det mesta av allt. Fantastisk utsikt mot söder/öster med hav, berg o. city från de två terrasserna. Hittade dock inga dynor till utemöblerna. Få restauranger/cafe i närområdet dock endast några minuters gång till buss/spårvagn och därefter 20 minuter till Alicante city.
