The appartment is ok. Compund clean and Nice. Great location close to city and restaurants. Discussion regarding final cleaning included at arrival, However no problem at departure.

My wife and I was extremely happy with the apartment and value for money. Only draw back was that there is no oven for cooking.

Hello, in all apartments, we have microwaves. But we have some oven, for the people who request it. You should have asked the contact person. Thank you for your comments

Stayed here for a week from 11th to 18th March... great apartment with stunning views from the sun terrace looking over correlejo and in the distance you can see Lanzarote. The complex itself was very clean and the pool areas were very clean. The pools were cleaned twice weekly and the areas around the complex were also cleaned regularly. The complex itself is situated virtually at the top of the town. You walk down the pathway in the complex and your literally right in the town. All in all a fantastic place to stay and full of many places to eat. Only thing I will add is you will need to be out the apartment by 11am which we didn't find out till gone 10am on the day we were leaving.... which left us a little lost seen as our pickup wasn't until 4pm.....

this property is clean althought it needs to be updated furniture is very old .Location is a good distance outside the town centre
