The one bedroom flat in Punta Prima, which can sleep up to 4 persons, has recently been completely refurbished. It comprises of a bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe, drawer unit and bedside cabinet. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet, all tiled in a modern style. The spacious main room has an open kitchen area, with fridge-freezer, hob, microwave and washing machine, the cupboards are in an oak finish, the walls have white and multicoloured tiles.
The rest of the room is furnished with a white dining table and 4 chairs, a large sofa which converts into a double bed, TV and low unit.
Your eyes are immediately drawn to the patio doors which open onto a roomy south facing balcony, with a sea view and you can look down over the two swimming pools and well kept gardens which are for the use of the residents only.
The entrance to the building is a light airy vestibule, with doors to the swimming pools by key only. There is a lift to the 3rd floor where the flat is situated, then a short walk along the open walkway to the front door of the apartment..
There is off road parking if needed, but there is usually space along the roadside if preferred.
Opposite the apartment there are two cafes, where you can sample some local dishes and a small supermarket.
The apartment is located just 5 minutes walk to the beach and coastal walkway that you can explore for kilometres to other beaches. The other direction, another 5 minute walk is where you will find numerous restaurants catering to a wide variety of tastes - English, Spanish, Italian, Indian, Chinese, and others. Across the road is a larger supermarket, chemist and other shops and restaurants.
Punta Prima lies on the Mediterranean coast, some 50 minutes drive from Alicante airport, or 30 minutes from San Javier, Murcia airport.
The local beaches have earned a staggering sixty seven European Blue Flags and vary from secluded sandy dunes with magnificent pine wood picnic areas to long flat sandy beaches extending many kilometres.

There are numerous golf courses nearby and within one hours drive from the resort of Punta Prima, you will find a suitable course for all standards of Player. These are just a few examples:-
Golf Club Campoamor - The fairways are wide & long. The greens & the slopes of the fairways are the challenges.?
Las Ramblas Golf Club - Located between two ravines, next to a luxury housing estate, this course requires the player to use great precision when hitting the ball as both fairways & greens are narrow & demanding. ?
Villamartin Golf Club - The variety of the 18 holes offered by this course is achieved by the excellent design that offers enthusiasts the chance to enjoy using all 14 clubs. Of note are the fast greens which are always magnificently maintained.?
La Marquesa Golf Club - Lying in a valley between two mountains, this course is mainly flat making it very suitable for walking. It has wide fairways interspersed with canals, lakes.?
La Manga Golf Club is only 30 minutes away by car. ??
LEISURE AND RECREACTION
All manner of watersports can be pursued in nearby Torrevieja, only 5 kilometres drive away, there is a local bus service to this resort, the bus stop is located behind the flat on the main road that leads down to the beach. The water sports include, wind-surfing, sailing, and para-gliding.
As previously mentioned there are literally kilometres of broad, well maintained promenade, which makes it an ideal location for walkers.
The great salt lakes nearby are wonderful bird sanctuaries where sighting of herons and flamingos are commonplace.
The Costa Blanca enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate with cool sea breezes in summer and protection by surrounding mountains against cold North winds in winter. The area averages nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the average temperture easily exceeds 20 degrees. On average it can boast 325 sunny days each year, making it an ideal all year round destination.
