Casa Blanca is situated as the last villa at the end of a no-through road in a very quiet, private area with stunning sea and mountain views. To the left of the villa is the national park (Cap de Creus) and in front spectacular views of the bay of roses with the Pyrenees mountain range to the right. The new infinity pool is stunning with a huge hardwood deck area which is totally private.
The property is furnished inside and out to a high standard. Upstairs the main master double bedroom leads out onto terrace area, it has a renovated en-suite bathroom (all bathrooms new for 2016) with double sink unit and walk in shower. Downstairs all other bedrooms also lead out onto terrace and pool area which was new for 2012. There is a downstairs bathroom for these bedrooms to share which also has a walk in shower.
A modern fully equipped kitchen is upstairs on the entrance level with sea views. Off from the kitchen is a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen opens onto a spacious open plan lounge and dining area with flat screen TV giving the option of viewing outside on the terrace or inside. There is air conditioning in the lounge area.
A separate modern toilet is also on this entrance level.
Downstairs is also an extra kitchen area for BBQ's with sink, large double fridge/freezer and leads onto an extra area inside with table and chairs and then a door leads out onto the deck and pool area.
The infinity pool which is salt water 11m x 3m and 1.6m deep is a fabulous modern design and has a hardwood deck surround of 180m making this villa unique and extremely desirable. Therefore you will need to book early to avoid disappointment as it is sure to book up very quickly for high season!
Casa Blanca is set in an enviable location among olive groves in the foothills of the Pyrenees above the seaside resort of Roses. It is in a very quiet and private location with no passing cars or people. It has been furnished very tastefully with many high quality modern appliances and furnishings! With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms + separate toilet, it is ideal for 1 or 2 families sharing.
Spend your holiday soaking up the peaceful surroundings and relaxing around the infinity pool enjoying the breath-taking views of the Mediterranean, the Pyrenees and the stunning sunsets.

The local area has so much to offer for every member of the family young and old. In the winter the villa makes a perfect destination for enjoying the beautiful surrounding countryside and the extra added beauty of the snow capped mountains (usually from November to May). There is central heating and a fireplace for winter to enjoy log fires. The villa comfortably sleeps 8 people.
Christmas and New Year: This villa is perfect for Christmas and New Year as it has the stunning views of the Pyrenees mountain range and you also have the beautiful view of the sea and the Bay of Roses which means you can enjoy the sunshine during the day and curl up with a log fire at night.
Ski: Many Ski resorts are accessible for a day-trip skiing to either Spanish or French resorts, Valter 2000, La Molina, Font Romeu.
Golf: Peralada is the nearest golf course which has 18 holes par 71,5990m. It's a lovely drive to reach Peralada approx 20-30 minutes and also home to Peralada Casino and castle. Torremirona Golf is 20 miles approximately 40 minutes and other golf courses are Playa de Pals, PGA Golf de Catalunya, Emporda.
The nearby town of Figueres is 20km drive, it is a beautiful Catalan market town and is home to the Salvador Dali museum. Many hours can be spent taking coffee or tapas in the Rambla just watching the world go by. There are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants.
For wine lovers there are many cooperatives and vineyards in the area selling very high quality local wines and cavas.
For food lovers there are many restaurants including 1, 2 and 3 Michelin star restaurants within a 60km radius. Currently the best restaurant in the World, Can Roca is close by in Girona. This follows in the footsteps of El Bulli which can be found locally in Cala Montjoi, Roses.
Roses itself is a great coastal town with many fine sandy beaches and the very nearby beaches of Canyelles Petites and Almadrava are well worth a visit for beach lovers.
Cadaques and Port Lligat, the home of Salvador Dali is only a half hour drive.

All bedrooms have fantastic sea views overlooking the Bay of Roses and also all step out onto a terrace, the three downstairs onto the deck/pool area.
The 4th bedroom is with the sofa bed situated with the downstairs TV and Wii with games.
Air conditioning is in the upstairs lounge area.
The upstairs bedroom has a large ceiling fan and the other bedrooms have fans.
The main master bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower.
Downstairs is a 2nd bathroom with walk-in shower.
There is a separate toilet on the entrance level (same level as lounge/dining room and kitchen).
All bathrooms are newly renovated in 2016.
